Thanks for your continued support of Norming solutions. Norming Fixed Asset Management 2022 is released with the below new features:

Part I - Highlights

Asset Tracking (eTracker)

Provides the ability to scan assets by asset category. 

Sage 300 Compatibility
Compatible with Sage 300 from version 2019 to 2022 (both Desktop and Web Screen).

Part II - New Features

Accounting

1. Improves the Depreciation Projection functionality in the following two aspects:
  1.1. Provides more criterion to filter assets for depreciation projection purpose.
  1.2. Depreciation projection result can be grouped by Fiscal Period.
2. Allows to reverse the depreciation which is processed after disposal.
3. Opening Balance for PJC projects can capitalized. 
4. The 'Disposal Additional Cost' can be maintained for all the additional books, while in previous versions it can be maintained for 'Book' book only.

Tracking

1. Provides the ability to scan assets by asset category in the Norming eTracker App.
2. Improves the scanning application to track the real scan date and time.
3. Provides the ability to inquire assets/barcodes by Asset Category.
4. If 'Responsible Person' of the Primary Unit is changed during scanning, that of the asset will be updated as well. 

Maintenance

1. Service Date can be specified for the details of Maintenance Entry.

Leasing

1. Displays the 'Yearly Interest Rate' for billing schedule as a percentage.
2. Improves the 'Adjust Billing Schedule' functionality to provide the ability to adjust 'Yearly Interest Rate' by percentage.
