JLL (Jones Lang Lasale) is a very famous property manage-ment service provider throughout the world, subsidiaries are seperated in China,Hongkong, Singapore, Australia and USA. As one of the biggest professional services provider in the world, their businesses are mainly focused on managing the properties for the owners, collecting the rental from the clients, prepaying all the miscellaneous fees concerned with those buildings, providing projects estimation and consulting service.

In this system, Accounts Payable module is a powerful tool for managing all transactions with property owners, from working capital to misc.payments, automatically generate all G/L distributions and detailed audit trail, the owners can get the updated information by the customized owner statement at the time whenever they want. On the other hand, Accounts Receiv-able module is used to manage and control all clients' records, the system keep all renting data for each client and produce customized Aging reports by customer, by outstanding days, and by salesperson.

JLL China set up 2 entities in the system, respectively including 3 locations and 6 departments, GL account codes has been established according to the reporting requirement, so that General Ledger Module can automatically produce the income statements by entity, by location and by department, and all kinds of regional and global financial reports to meet the require
-ments of management and consolidation when they need to match with Hyperion.
