3. To upgrade to a greater number of employees, the client needs only to pay the difference in SRP between their current product and the product with the number of employees they need. In addition, a full year of Software Assurance Plan will be charged based on the new employee count SRP. Additional months of Software Assurance Plan will be added to the service proportional to themonths remaining on the existing Software Assurance Plan service, with a maximum of 6 months.
