Thanks again to our partners and clients' suggestions, we made a big improvement to Norming Asset Management 4.2 by the second service Pack.

Service pack 2 includes the following major improvements:

1. ReportsDepreciation Batch List will display the asset description in the batch listAdjustment Batch List will include the adjustment of book year depreciationAdjustment G/L Transaction will include the adjustment of book year depreciationAsset History will include the import of existing assets in the acquisition transactionSplit Batch List will display the correct status of original asset
   
2. Fix the date format problem.
   
3. Depreciation MethodAdd more variables that are used to define depreciation formula.Add a formula calculator for the formula test purpose.Change the default Straight Line method that is created upon the activation of AM.
   
4. The adjustment transaction to reduce asset value or book year depreciation will update the asset history with a negative transaction amount.
   
5. Fix the problem in the merge batch posting. The merge transaction will updatethe asset that is retained.
