Norming Asset Management 5.2 will enhance the asset management capability by the following new features:

1. Enhanced Disposal Transaction Processing ;

• Provide two ways to process asset disposal proceeds, either by creating GL transaction
  
• directly, or generating AR invoice automatically;

2. Capability for Asset Maitenance Management;

• Create maintenace order to schedule the asset maintenance,
  
• Process asset maintenance expense with maintenace order, and create AP Invoice for maintenace expense,
  
• Track asset maintenance history and maintenance expense,
  

3. Capability for Asset Lease Management ;

• Set up billing rate for leased assets,
  
• Maintain asset lease contract and billing schedule,
  
• Recognize lease revenue against asset lease contract,
  
• Create AR invoice for billing transaction,
  
• Track asset lease history and billing schedule,

4. Enhanced Barcode Tracking Functionality;

• Provide interface with specific scaning device,
  
• Download asset barcode information to scanning device,
  
• Allow scanning device to update the physical status of assets,
  
• Upload the updated asset information from scanning device,
  
• Provide reconciliation reports.
