Norming Asset Management 5.1 Service Pack 3 is released to make the following improvements:

1. Corrects a bug in the data type conversion of upgrade program;
   
2. Improves the depreciation calculation program to handle data validation for assets with      negative value;
   
3. Improves the Adjustment Batch posting program to handle invalid date data.;
   
4. Enhances the Create G/L Batch program to produce better performance;
   
5. Improves some Setup reports to allow user authorization setting;
   
6. Corrects an error of "Currency code can not be blank" in DepreciationBatch posting program;
   
7. The asset category adjustment program considers the update of accumulated depreciation account;
   
8. Improves the Replace Asset ID program;
   
9. Generates unicode license file to support single byte or double bytes language operating system;
   
10. Corrects the error in opening Acquisition Batch finder in Batch Listing report program
