By now you should have received the Norming Asset Management 5.1 Master CD from ACCPAC or Norming. Please note that the master CD is only used for two purposes:

1. In-house Demo. You can use the serial number for the MCD to request the partner license.
2. The SupportPlus Upgrade. If you have any clients that are entiled to free upgrade to version 5.1, 12you can use the serial number on the MCD to request the upgrade license for your clients.

Q1: Is there any change to the purchase procedures for new clients?
A1: No, the purchase procedure with AI or Norming doesn't change. Norming will make a new serial number for each copy on the new order.

Q2: Can I use the MCD for urgent installation?
A2: Yes, you can use it for urgent installation, but you had better place your order once your clientdecide to use the Norming Asset Management 5.1

Q3: Is the boxed product available ?
A3: Yes, it's still available for each new order like before. The retail price is inclusive of the manual and CD.

Q4: Does Norming provide the manual and CD for the clients that are entiled to free upgrade to 5.1?
A4: No. Norming only provide the upgrade license. If your clients want to have the new manual and CD, your client have to pay USD30.00 for one manual and USD20 for one CD.
