Norming Product Update

Norming Asset Management 5.1 Service Pack 1 made the following improvements:

  1. Adds EXP button in Depreciation Methods to function as the exponent operator in the 11depreciation formula.
  2. Adds security control for Replace Asset ID and Barcode Maintainance.
  3. Restricts use of multiple segments with blank Link To field in Options.
  4. Fixes some problems in the F9 screen of Acquisition Entry.
  5. The status of "Show Posted and Deleted Batches" is now remembered by all Batch List 11programs.
  6. Adds Merge and Split posting journal reports.
  7. Enhances the functionality of License Information.
  8. Improves Depreciation program to allow the locked last depreciation period.
  9. Corrects the GL entry created by Spit batch posting.
  10. Creates detail depr. projection data for each period in a CSV file.
  11. Improves the functionality of Master/Component Assets Inquiry.
  12. Fixes some problems in the US MACRS depreciation calculation for the existing assets.
Norming Asset Management 5.1 Resource Center
Norming Bank Security 5.0, Norming Inventory Security 5.0, Norming Sales Security 5.0, Norming Purchase Security 5.0 are all updated with service pack 1. These security products become more stable and compatible with ACCPAC 5.0
