Norming Resource Manager 6.4A Product Update 3 is released to make the following product improvements. 

Overall: 
1. Enhances the Custom Requisition functionality with the following improvements:
  1.1. Provides the ability to calculate the value for the number field by another two fields, and the calculate field can be read-only or editable.
  1.2. Allows to set up default value for all the fields. 
2. Enhances the Purchase Requisition functionality with the following improvements:
  2.1. Provides the ability to override the Non-Inventory Item Expense Account in the generated Purchase Order. 
  2.2. Provides the ability to override the P/O Non-Stock Item Clearing Account in the generated Purchase Order.
