Thanks for your continued support of Norming solutions. We are glad to announce the release of Norming Fixed Asset Management 2016.

Overall:

1. Compatible with Sage 300 version 2014, 2016 and 2017.
2. Provides Web Screens for Sage 300 version 2016 and 2017.
3. Unit/Barcode status can be defined. 

Asset Accounting Module:

1. Provides the year end reversal function. 
2. Displays the component's total on the Master/Component screen.
3. Negative Add-on transaction can be processed for a positive asset.
4. Depreciation and Depreciation Reversal cannot be processed across years. 
5. Apply the optional fields of Asset Register to all the Accounting transactions. 
6. Optional Fields is provided on Bulk Adjustment screen.
7. Optional Fields is provided on Bulk Disposal screen.
8. More useful information can be printed on the Asset Listing report.

Asset Maintenance Module:

    1.1. Add an option to decide whether to create G/L Transaction for A/P or I/C related maintenance entry.
    1.2. Tax can be calculated for A/P related maintenance entry and passed to A/P invoice. 
    1.3. Maintenance transaction can be reversed by Maintenance Reversal entry. 
2. A Closed maintenance order can be restarted. 
3. A Started maintenance order can be modified.
4. Multiple MOs can be created against one meter upon meter reading.
5. Provides the Create Maintenance Batch facility.

Asset Leasing Module:

1. Remit-To/Ship-To Location field can be maintained on Lease Contract and Lease Billing Entry and transferred to A/P/AR.
2. Attachments can be added to Lease Contract.

Asset Tracking Module:

1. Unit's status can be defined.

System Requirements:
Norming Asset Management 2016 requires Sage 300 2014(or later) and User-LANPAK. 
In addition:
If you use General Ledger, you need General Ledger 2014 or later.
If you use Account Payable, you need Account Payable 2014 or later.
If you use Account Receivable, you need Account Receivable 2014 or later.
If you use Purchase Order, you need Purchase Order 2014 or later.
If you use Inventory Control, you need Inventory Control 2014 or later.
If you use Projection Job Costing, you need Projection Job Costing 2014 or late

License Requirements:
If you do not have an activation code for Asset Management 2016, please request it from Norming software.

Update Notice:
Upgrade is only available for 6.2A version, if you want to upgrade from a version earlier than 6.2A, you must upgrade it to 6.2A first
